Delivery Coverage and Processing

  • Aviora delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
  • Orders are generally shipped within 48 working hours of receipt.
  • Delivery by our logistics partner typically takes 3 to 10 business days.
  • Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 to 5 days.
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters.

Delivery and Contact

  • If you have not received your order within 10 days, please contact us at id-help@avioraskincare.com or call +91 9742862627.
  • We monitor delivery coverage based on Pin Codes at order placement and thereafter.
  • If a previously serviceable Pin Code becomes undeliverable after order placement, we will cancel your order and refund prepaid amounts within 48 hours.

Shipping Fees and Special Cases

  • An additional ₹70 shipping charge applies for Cash on Delivery orders.
  • For damaged or incorrect products, please get in touch at id-help@avioraskincare.com or +91 9742862627. Refer to our Return Policy for assistance.
  • Delivery partners cannot assist with product damage or incorrect item issues.

Order and Address Handling

  • Ensure your address, including Pin Code, is accurate. Orders and addresses cannot be changed once placed.
  • Shipments are sent to the single address specified in your order.

Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products

  • Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, we will contact you for redelivery arrangements.

International Shipping

  • Aviora ships internationally to select countries such as the USA, UK, UAE, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
  • International shipments are fulfilled from the nearest warehouse to expedite delivery.
