Delivery Coverage and Processing
- Aviora delivers products to over 20,000 unique Pin Codes across India.
- Orders are generally shipped within 48 working hours of receipt.
- Delivery by our logistics partner typically takes 3 to 10 business days.
- Customers in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Bangalore can expect delivery within 3 to 5 days.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, accessibility, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters.
Delivery and Contact

- We monitor delivery coverage based on Pin Codes at order placement and thereafter.
- If a previously serviceable Pin Code becomes undeliverable after order placement, we will cancel your order and refund prepaid amounts within 48 hours.
Shipping Fees and Special Cases
- An additional ₹70 shipping charge applies for Cash on Delivery orders.

- Delivery partners cannot assist with product damage or incorrect item issues.
Order and Address Handling
- Ensure your address, including Pin Code, is accurate. Orders and addresses cannot be changed once placed.
- Shipments are sent to the single address specified in your order.
Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products
- Courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times.
- After three unsuccessful attempts, we will contact you for redelivery arrangements.
International Shipping
- Aviora ships internationally to select countries such as the USA, UK, UAE, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- International shipments are fulfilled from the nearest warehouse to expedite delivery.
